Arnold may very well be the man for the job. In the previous Total Recall adventure, Arnold had to find his old memories - perhaps they were memories of campaign promises - just like today. Movie trailers exclaimed:
They stole his mind, now he wants it back.
Maybe it's still true. But before he can get it back (whatever 'it' is) Arnold will have to endure a series of unexpected and harrowing.
